During high-volume periods, including major product releases and holidays, processing times may be extended.
A shipment confirmation email, including tracking information, will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Canada
We ship across Canada using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS and other reliable delivery services.

Free shipping is available on orders over $200 CAD (before taxes) within Canada.

We strive to minimize additional costs; however, customers are responsible for any applicable state taxes or duties imposed by local authorities.
- Hit Box Subscription and One-Time Boxes are shipped with a bulk importer to avoid tariff and clearing fees. To achieve this, US orders are shipped once or twice a week.

Subscription Shipping
Subscription boxes ship on a monthly basis in accordance with our published schedule.

Orders containing both subscription products and in-stock items ship together on the subscription schedule.
If immediate shipment of in-stock items is required, we recommend placing separate orders.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier to investigate.
Address Accuracy
